-we need no title, we're united-
Today I ate|
2 scrambled eggs
2 slices of toast
one bowl of corn flakes
A chicken cutlet
a serving of white rice
A spoon of peanut butter
a bag of diet popcorn
hey its kinda gay to count calories, but it helps to keep things consistant at least for me. I'll do it for you now cause I'm bored..
2 scrambled eggs (2x100)
2 slices of toast (2x85)
one bowl of corn flakes (assuming it was one serving 100 + half cup 2%? 60)
A chicken cutlet (alot depends on if this was breaded, and how big it was? 260 estimate)
a serving of white rice (half cup is 120)
steamed broccoli (half cup is 20)
A brownie (2" square is 250)
A spoon of peanut butter (90 for a small spoon, 200 for a big one)
a bag of diet popcorn (i have no idea)
I have an air popper at home you could borrow. Popcorn isn't the healthist thing you can eat, but it isn't so bad. And with the air popper, its just straight up popcorn with no oil, and you can control what you put on it.
whoops! I just wanted to say, you did really good cept for the brownie and popcorn. PB is a healthy thing to have, as long as it is about a spoonful as a snack. You should buy the hippie natural peanut butter, stop and shop has a relatively cheap one like that. You can even try other nut butters! There is soy butter, and almond butter at most supermarkets. Not much less calorie dense, but its fun to try other flavors.
